Hangzhou, December 9 – Hangzhou DEEP Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DEEP Robotics") announced the completion of its Series C financing round, raising over 500 million RMB. This round was jointly led by CMB International and ChinaAMC, with strategic participation from funds affiliated with China Telecom and China Unicom. Additional investments came from institutions including Yunhui Capital, China Fortune-Tech Capital, Zhejiang University Education Foundation, and Shoucheng Holdings. Existing shareholders such as Fortune Capital, Qianhai Ark, CCTV Media Convergence Fund, Beijing Robotics Industry Development Investment Fund, and Meridian Capital also continued their support.
This round of financing not only provides substantial capital for DEEP Robotics' R&D, production capacity expansion, and market development, but also establishes deep partnerships with investors possessing strong industrial resources. This collaboration builds a new ecosystem that synergistically develops "technology, industry, and application scenarios," which will strongly promote the commercialization and large-scale adoption of embodied intelligent robots across all sectors, realize the deep integration of industrial resources and technological innovation, and accelerate the transformation of technological achievements into practical productivity.

Focus on Innovation: Continuously Building Technological and Product Advantages
DEEP Robotics focuses on embodied AI technological innovation and industry applications. In October, DEEP Robotics unveiled the DR02, the world’s first industry-grade, all-weather humanoid robot. Featuring an IP66 protection rating, the DR02 operates reliably in a wide temperature range from –20°C to 55°C, breaking through the traditional limitation that humanoid robots can function only in controlled environments. It achieves a walking speed of 1.5 m/s and a top speed of 4 m/s, easily climbs stairs up to 25 cm high, and adapts to various sloped terrains. With real-time perception and intelligent decision-making in complex environments, the DR02 delivers human-like operational capabilities for scenarios such as security patrols and factory operations.

Concurrently, the company officially launched the DeepVLA 1.0 Visual-Language Embodied Navigation System, realizing the practical application of embodied navigation in large-scale, comprehensive scenarios. DeepVLA 1.0 integrates open-vocabulary semantic point clouds with large language models, supporting precise path planning adjustments through natural language commands. Its topological road network connects outdoor environments with building interiors, enabling accurate "door-to-door" navigation across multiple floors. This provides crucial support for deploying robot dogs in civilian scenarios like campus inspections and building patrols, facilitating the genuine integration of robots into daily production and life.

At the Chengzhong Branch of the Xining Public Security Bureau in Qinghai Province, DEEP Robotics' security patrol solution, featuring autonomous operational capabilities that integrate loudspeaker functions, identification, data collection, and following, has significantly enhanced the efficiency and safety of patrol duties.
This year, DEEP Robotics has also actively expanded into new application scenarios, continuously driving the intelligent transformation of various industries. At the "World's Supermarket," Yiwu International Trade City, the X30 robot dog serves as a "mobile security outpost," undertaking three core responsibilities: patrolling key areas, identifying potential fire hazards, and providing early warning for abnormal activities. As the market's first "24/7 non-stop" technological security guard, it addresses the security challenges of a super-sized market, helping management achieve "complete awareness of global dynamics."

In Hoh Xil at an altitude of 4,600 meters, a DEEP Robotics robot dog transformed into the “world’s first robotic Tibetan antelope,” integrating seamlessly into a herd and migrating alongside them. This breakthrough overcomes the conventional distance limitations of human wildlife observation, providing more precise and reliable imagery and data for studying Tibetan antelope behavior. It offers powerful support for conservation efforts in Hoh Xil, a region often referred as no man's land.

Simultaneously, DEEP Robotics actively expanded into overseas markets this year, promoting the deployment of its technologies in more international scenarios. At a large storage park in North America, the company’s robot dogs were successfully deployed alongside HawkRobo’s intelligent security platform and put into practical operation. They achieved full-process automation—“perception–analysis–decision–action”—in warehouse environments, enhancing monitoring coverage and emergency response speed. While reducing the workload of manual patrols, the system also provides a stable, intelligent operational model for global warehouse security.

In the extreme beach environment of NEOM, Saudi Arabia’s futuristic megacity, the Jueying X30 robot dog established the country’s first fully automated outdoor inspection system. It completely replaced manual inspections in high-risk areas, transforming a previously four-hour human patrol into efficient, continuous unmanned operation. This sets a replicable and intelligent benchmark for inspections in extreme environments worldwide.
